PayProp has once again emerged triumphant at the prestigious Estate Agent of the Year Awards (ESTAS) 2023, clinching the coveted Best in Sector – Payment Services accolade for the sixth year in a row.
This incredible achievement solidifies PayProp's standing as a firm industry favourite.
A celebration of the industry
This year's ESTAS was the 20th anniversary of the award ceremony and took place on 20 October 2023 at the Grosvenor House Hotel in the heart of London's Mayfair. Over 1,200 top property professionals from agencies and suppliers across the UK attended the event, which was expertly hosted for the 20th time by industry icon Phil Spencer, the renowned presenter of "Location, Location, Location" and ESTAS brand ambassador.
The ESTAS is unlike any other awards ceremony in the UK property industry. Instead of relying on the opinions of a panel of judges, the winners are determined solely by customer feedback. This unique approach sets the ESTAS apart and elevates its standing among property professionals across the UK.

This achievement underscores our unwavering commitment to consistently serve our customers year after year.”
She went on to emphasise the significance of an award rooted in real customer feedback, stating, "We're especially pleased to win an award that's based on what our customers experience. We want to say a big thank you to those who shared their thoughts about our service at a time when the industry is so busy.”
"Sponsoring the People Awards holds great significance for us," Addison said. "In our line of work, it's all about the people, and it's the personal connections that truly shape the customer experience of the industry. Given the current challenges the sector faces, it's paramount to prioritise the customer – those who do so are likely to not only weather the current cost-of-living crisis but also flourish in the long run."
