In November 2021, PayProp sponsored an REI Investment webinar which analysed South African residential rental real estate.

REIMag founder Neale Petersen was joined by a panel of PayProp professionals including Johette Smuts, Head of Data Analytics; Sarah Whitehead, Head of Sales; Jan Davel, CEO PayProp SA; and Chantelle Nieuwendyk, Head of Client Services.

In four dedicated segments and a Q&A session, each PayProp expert presented updates and insights on subjects such as the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on residential rentals, rental agents’ evolving role as risk managers, and opportunities in historically disadvantaged areas.
