PayProp claims rights in certain trademarks and service marks contained in these web pages. If you wish to use the PayProp Marks, you agree to adhere to the PayProp Brand Guidelines and specifically to the Use Requirements and Terms below the Brand Guidelines.

Use of information and materials

The information and materials contained in these pages, and the terms, conditions, and descriptions that appear, are subject to change. Unauthorized use of PayProp's web sites and systems including but not limited to unauthorized entry into PayProp's systems, misuse of passwords, or misuse of any information posted on a site is strictly prohibited. Not all products and services are available in all geographic areas. Your eligibility for particular products and services is subject to final determination by PayProp and/or its affiliates.

Joint Mandate

PayProp is duly licensed, insured and registered with the relevant state authority as a property broker, as and where necessary, and is authorized to assist property brokers in executing their direct transactional instructions. These direct transactional instructions are issued via a secure web-based interface. PayProp's involvement is limited to the processing of these transactional instructions on behalf of its direct clients.

All contractual, compliance, governance and day-to-day operations responsibility remains with PayProp's clients, which has sole responsibility for ensuring that leases and related tenancy is properly managed and that all funds are accounted for consistent with the terms of the relevant lease.

By using the PayProp platform, you acknowledge and understand that your property broker and PayProp have a contractual relationship relating to rent collection, expense settlement and security deposit administration under your Lease, and that your property broker is solely responsible for the management of your lease and your rights as a tenant.

All information submitted to PayProp via this site shall be deemed and remain the property of PayProp and PayProp shall be free to use, for any purpose, any idea, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in information a visitor to this site provides PayProp through this site.
