Reapit powers up prospecting with Homesearch partnership

Reapit-powered estate agents will soon enjoy an industry-leading advantage in their client prospecting and deal-closing activities, thanks to the platform’s new strategic partnership with property data specialists Homesearch.

From 24 October, Homesearch’s market-leading property data will be accessible directly from the Reapit platform, helping thousands of Reapit users across the UK to identify and contact potential homebuyers and sellers more quickly.

According to Giles Ellwood, CEO of Homesearch, Reapit is the perfect partner in Homesearch’s mission to democratise property data as it is used so widely in the estate and lettings industry.

How will the partnership work?

All Reapit users will get exclusive access to a bespoke version of Recontact, Homesearch’s lead generation tool, which automatically alerts agents when potential leads are ready to engage. Recontact also serves up the lead’s contact details, so agents can move in and market their services straight away.

Agents will also receive free Homesearch Property Insight Reports through the Homesearch Insight App, which gives agents detailed data on every home in the UK – including sales and listing history, comparable sales, and property size. And if they want even more data, including high-quality property pictures and surveyor’s reports, they can upgrade to the Pro Insights version and identify the hottest properties even more easily.
