Tenant Assessment Report & Credit Check Training (TAR)
Understanding the importance of a credit check. Join us in this session to learn how to do a credit check but, most importantly how to interpret the data to ascertain what the potential tenants payment behaviour looks like, level of indebtedness but most importantly - what to look out for.
Session 1 : Setting up a property
Join us as we go through the basics of adding a new property to PayProp and linking it to the relevant owner and tenant. We’ll also show you how to raise a deposit invoice and how to invest it in an interest-bearing account. This session is perfect for anyone new to PayProp in your team or as a refresher.
Session 2 : Payment automation and your rental portfolio
Learn how to automate the mundane parts of the rental process by creating pre-set payment rules and instructions. A little time upfront will save you days in the long run while minimising any accounting errors. This session is ideal for anyone involved in handling client money.
Session 3 : Reconciling and approving funds
Understand the importance of accurately reconciling and approving payments. We demonstrate the reconciliation process and how to approve payments to avoid any mistakes. This session is essential to principals or anyone responsible for the flow of any funds.
Session 4 : Deposits - how to refund or transfer them from one property to another
Discover how to refund a tenant deposit when a lease expires and how to move a deposit from one property to another property you manage if the tenant moves home. The session is aimed at anyone who deals with deposits or the refund process.
Session 5: Reports
Our reports give you everything you need to know about the health of your rental book. Learn how to interpret the Income report, the value of the active tenants' report and importance of the Invoices, credit/debit notes report. This session is designed for principals and portfolio managers.
Session 6 : Import & Export
If you have ever wondered how to change the bulk of your data in one go, this is the session you want to attend. Whether you want to change lead days throughout your portfolio or even if you want to switch on all notifications via SMS, let us show you how to change your data by using the import & export functionality.

Mastering PayProp 1 : The Dashboard
Optimise your dashboard by ensuring the most important reports are up to date and an accurate representation of your rental portfolio. This session is aimed at any admin users of the platform.
Mastering PayProp 2: Tenants in Arrears , inactive tenants with deposits and tenants in a credit
Learn how to use the platform’s advance arrears chasing functions. Easily identify any old tenants that still have deposits in your account and learn how to manage any tenants in credit. We recommend this session for anyone who manages the tenant rental payment process.
Mastering PayProp 3 : Account profile & Additional PayProp features
